got me a 93

i gotta 93 caprice and im lookin to get this thing looking dope. since candy is outta my price range im thinkin flat black paint, buffing all the chrome, mirror tint til it looks like a pair of av's and some 20s (keepin it small since i dont wanna lift it)... my main concern is whether mirror tint would go well with flat paint but i kinda like havin the whip flat n everything else shinnne... any ideas?

Yea mirror tint does not look good to me . Just get 5% black tint or 15% .
