i might be interested in buying a SRT-4 next year but im only 17 and dont know much about street legal issues with mods

i was looking at mopar upgrades and it seems like only stage 1 is street legal?
is this right? im just wondering because i dont know too much lol

haha do u honestly want an srt??? get a v8 no matter what FORD, gm, mopar, if the turb is what u like, then put a turbo on a v8, and youll have a bad ride, especially if its on a stang
