We are definetly ready to go when ya`ll are. Maybe with a couple of more
Corvettes next time. If not 2, I will make sure Spencer brings his. Keep in touch.

Unfortunately, the printer broke right before our car ran, so we didnt get any times Alan-sorry. However, right before it broke, Robbie was one one hundreth off the record, running a 9.63 144. Paul's MTI car ran a 10.11 at 132. Eric Dillard's Mustang was making its inaugural runs for 2008, but I didnt see him make a full pass. He did go 5.0 once but he shut off early on that run also.

What record are yall talking about?

the record for a c5 convertible vett with stock cubic in and Irs still in car is a 9.61 at 141. so i was close I dont think my n2o was working right I was running 9.85 without the spray and I usually pick up 4 tenths in 1/8 I was only picking up a tenth in the 1/8 and 2 tenths in the 1/4 so i got to go figure that out

I thought you had already been that fast with a different converter? Either way your car was rolling out. Some guys up by the track were talking about street racing and your name came up. One guy was like "no way he drives it on the street" LMAO.

well with the other converter truth be known(I got to tell a lie every now and then) I only had 1/8 runs so we were guessing what the 1/4 would be but I was running 5.95 with it in the 1/8 but it was blowing threw it right at the 1/8 of mile marker and burning my trans done that twice and that was enough for me so I put the a 3600 stall back in there I get my n2o working right I will get it

And I do still drive it on the street I still have the AC on it and the only time I put race gas in it is when I spray my first run was on pump gas and it ran a 9.85 at 141

Sounds like a good time. Congrats on some great runs. What's the altitude of that track? You could probably bring that vette down to SDR or SGMP and get that record pretty easy. I'd love to see it run.

Niki, if I am there he (Geezer) can only have 74 of Kay's cookies, because I get at least one of them. All kidding aside, you guys are too cool and we are lucky to have all of you as friends.

Not too bad, but I was also wondering what the actual altitude of the track was. I think SDR is around 450 asl and SGMP is 250asl.

I don't know if it was exactly 74 cookies, but it was damn close to that!! I just remember him saying over and over..."I'm diabetic you know."
