Up for sale is a 1998 Mitsubishi Eclipse Turbo GST. It has been well taken care of and maintained, changing oil at regular intervals and garage kept almost all the time. I have had so many compliments from people about how good and clean this car looks and sounds. I recently dropped over a thousand dollars into the car less than 2 months ago on the new racing clutch and new tires. Here are some things I have added to it.

-ACT 2100 Clutch (1500 miles on it)
-Manual Boost Controller
-Autometer Boost Guage
-Autometer Dual Guage Pods
-K&N Intake
-2" Lowering Suspension
-Ingalls Camber Kit
-17" Motegi Racing Rims
-4 Khumo Ecstas Tires(Front 90% tread left, Rear 60% tread)
-Front Strut Bar
-Rear Strut Bar
-Brand new NGK spark plugs
-Pioneer CD Player
-Brand new Black Projector Halo Headlights
-Black Tinted Windows
-Keyless Entry
-Exaust Tip (low deep tone)
-And all the stock parts I have left

The car looks sweet and runs great no problems what so ever. I'm asking $7550 but I'm open to the highest offer I get, no low ball please. As for trades I'm looking for a 4x4 truck, preferably v6 5spd crew cab and under 120k miles. I tried posting pics but if they didnt show up just let me know and I will send them to your email. Thanks for looking!

Wow, those pictures really flatter your paint job. Can't even see the deep gouges or rust.

Interested in a mustang? I'd be willing to trade strait up. And, it'll out run any import at KD on a thursday night (based on the cars I saw last thursday)
If interested, let me know.

I would like to, but I've already got another that I use to race with, but this one has been modded too much to drive back and forth from TN-GA. I'd like a good 4 cyl car to take those trips. I'm looking for a cheapo, dependable 4 banger ($500-$1500) or trade for a nice ride worth $7000-$9000 that I can drive back and forth. If you know of any, please let me know...thanks

but a DSM is NOT the kind of car you want to drive back and forth and put a lot of miles on.....

You get everything I listed. There is not a single spot of rust on this car, the sideskirt scrape has been sanded and repainted looks like new. I don't understand why you are in my thread just don't post things you don't know. You said it yourself that you liked the car and wanted to buy it and it ran good so stop hating.

It does run good......looks decent.

There was some rust up by the hatch.

You wonder why i lowballed it...

You offered me a little under book value, it was a decent offer except for the little regard for anything I put on there. Not your fault tho, thats all the loan would give you.

I don't know what rust you are talking about, theres no rust on the hatch, you're buddy with the other blue car might be brainwashing you I have no idea lol

I was under the impression nothing was gonna come with it except a MBC and a guage. :why:

They only thing that didnt come with it when you saw it was the rims because you didnt want them.

So it should be close to rebuild turbo time?

Matthew

To my knowledge the turbo has less than 10k miles on it.

So you havent even drove the car 10K yet?
Is there something wrong with it?
How long have you had it?
Did you replace the turbo?
Was the motor messed up or whats the deal?

Rear passenger side quarter panel. There is something fucked up with the paint back there.

Yeah there is paint fade back on the right rear.

I need something more practical for me such as a truck to carry my motorcycles.

The guy that had it before me rebuilt the turbo, I have had the car for 7 1/2 months, The car is in my garage, I drive it about once a week. The only thing it may need is timing belt change, I don't know when last it was changed I'm guessing it has been changed because it looks fine.

how much boost are you running on it? what is the most you have ran?

DSMkawasaki

10 pounds. I ran 14 at one time when I had an aftermarket blow off valve.

18 would be a whole lot of worthless (and probably close ot damaging) on a T25.

95tsiawd
10-12-2004, 11:52 PM
15 psi is the most you can use on a stock fuel system and it is also the max for the t25. i asked that because i heard he was running 18 on the stock fuel system and turbo, which is not a safe thing to do at all.

thats why i siad 18 was worthless :D

Its not gonna push any more air......so it wasnt really doing anything.

95tsiawd

it does push air, it is just hot air. the t25 turns into a hairdrier after 15 psi. on top of that the fuel system cant keep up so it is lean. extremely hot air plus running lean is never good for an engine.

14 psi is the highest I ran, the only time it ran more than that was while I was tweaking the mbc.

I have offer for 7200, hes going to tell me after friday if he is going to pick it up or not.
