I think it was the car....it has V I P somewhere on the front...(windsheild , cowl) I cant remember....actually most of the front end was off of it and I just passed by.

they are 10 inch wide you big headed doofus. but then again, you are the one who always seems to "overmeasure" things, such as that tiny thing in your pants. keep riding the turbo boys sacks. last comment i heard from you turbo nutsack swingers was that "we" need these big ass motors to hang with the turbo cars, now the turbo guys need the same engines with 2 huge turbos to hang with the nitrous cars. come get some is all i have to say. :) it's all in good fun and tuning cars is fun to me.

nope, but it went low 40's on a light tuneup in decent conditions, it will be 30's this year. but then again, the vette runs on 10.5's and has been teens :)

boy it's getting deep in here. i don't post much, but when there is some blatant bs and the readers are too naive to know any different, i'm calling it out. the camaro hasn't been a 4.4anything, much less "low 40's on a light tuneup." the fastest it has went is a .50 flat. i'll bet my beemer that thing won't go .30's at weight any this year....might want to get into the .40's first and then you have a long road ahead to lop another tenth off that. the pro mod xtf car hasn't been better than mid 4.20's....nowhere near the teens. mike was at the shop less than a week ago and verified that. i follow outlaw and xtf pretty close by either attending or getting round by round updates at nearly every race, and had either of those things actually happened (even in testing), it would have been all over yellowbullet and outlawracing if i somehow didn't hear about it.

...the worlds quickest nitrous outlaw 10.5 car and an xtf car 2 tenths ahead of the field....wow.

had it done that in testing, it would have been all over the community and in the "for sale ad" had it actually done that. no need to gas the beamer up for you b/c that thing wouldn't go 4.30's with 7 kits on it. you just get on here and exaggerate because most folks on here don't follow it closely enough to know any better.

no, the camaro hasn't went anywhere in the ballpark of that. i'm getting my info straight from the source. only one car has been even close to the .20's. i know my info because i've worked around these cars all day every day for the past 3 years. only two cars have even been .30anything and of those two, only one has done it more than once. actually, he has been well into the .30's on numerous occasions now. the second fastest outlaw 10.5 car (blower) went a 4.389 (barely in the .30's) and hasn't been back in since. the fastest went a 4.31 (turbo). there hasn't been any nitrous cars even in the .30's much less .20's.

JP, who is more involved with that whole operation than lorne, said just now that the camaro has NOT been low .40's on any amount of kits and that it only dipped into the high .40's at jackson year before last on all guns when the turbo car went a .36. so, a single high .40 pass two years ago is a looooong ways away from low .40's on two guns and a soft tune, and it's worlds away from getting in the .30's.

Well alrighty than I stand corrected I thought I had seen that car do that but I am human and man enough to say that I was wrong thanks for the lesson I learned something to day but if J.P said it than it is the truth as far as I know he has never lied to me about any thing Hell to tell you the truth he showed me how to figure out what the car was doing on the big end thanks I needed a lesson today now if I can just figure out this DAMN carb I would be happy

I agree with you 100%. I follow 10.5 racing pretty close myself and have been to many many races over the past years. I have not seen every pass the VIP car has made for sure, but I never seen the car go faster than low
50's. Like I said i have NOT see every pass the car has made and Im sure it has probably gone a little faster since I have seen it, as I have not been going to as many races as I use to because of my job. Like Barry said, if the car had done anything exceptional it would have been on the Outlaw or YB boards. And if it wasnt there, someone in the KNOW would have known about it. And he can say what he wants about the "light tune ups", we all know that NONE of them are on a "light tune up" reguardless on what it has ran. Mid to high 40's is still a LONG way from low 30's period. Maybe they need to put the "Big tune up" in it.:doh3:
