it sucks in a way dont it man? i had the same feeling when i drove off from lexington, va and saw mine go to deleware. but you had yours longer then i did but now me and you are about to start the same journey on a project lol. but in the end for me it will be well worth the trade and time. good luck on it allan.

Thanks guys, yea you kinda get attached those cars lol. Yea, it's time for a new project and I have not decided on the car to buy yet. I am seriously looking at 2, one a hatch and the other a coupe. The coupe has a Modified Street setup with a 438 Dart, Hogged Edelbrock Victor Heads, NOS Plate, and a C4. The hatch is mini tubbed, 438 Motorsport, Stage 3 Canfield Heads, Ladder Bars, Strange 9", Strange Brakes/Coilovers all around, C4 Tranny, with all kinds off goodies but the owner is a old grouch azz and very uncooperative the other guys is very cooperative and nice. I think the coupe has the motor and the hatch has a decent motor and lot's of electronics, suspension, and is sfi ready. Decisions decisons lol.

Cool, Are you looking into runing a certin class or another bracket car. I think coupes look the best and lighter.

i sent the cam shaft to ultradyne friday to get a regrind done. i talked to tim over there and he said he would get right on it as soon as it showed up. now i know that BIG for camshafts is stuff thats .900 plus lift and over 320 degrees at .050 duration... but this thing for what im doing is going to be big.... on of those fast lift rate inverse radius lobes. hard on valve train but great on power. iv got titanium everything though. so i say fuck it, run it through its ass.:chevy:maybe 1 day.

i like the look of a coupe better as well brad. especially when they have a lil bit of tire under the backend lol something like this

Both of those look very good, I would prefer a coupe but my first objective is to go the fastest I can with the least amount of money possible lol. Just got back from the George Howard test-n-tune man you guys should have seen all the pro-mod's and top sportsman cars there. I have never seen so many in one place. No wrecks but alot of close calls there was some bumper draggin modified street cars there as well. One was a orange Malibu I think and a white coupe, the coupe took out with the nose headed straight up, let out, car dropped, he got back in it and the nose came up again!!! The cars there were just jawdropping. Way too many bracket cars there and they ate all the time up as usual.
