a big :bird: to tungsten and his nazi buddies.:D

it's nice to be on sites where you don't get banned because the admin doesn't agree with your opinion.

Well that may be a little harsh ! I butt heads with David just about more times then anyone , But all in all It's a great website that he runs with no help . Yes There are some double standards , But that is true in alot of websites ....

Well, This thread isn't a real good way to welcome long time Tennesspeed members....but.....since there is very very light moderation here: the post stays.

Just to give you a little insight... I really enjoyed TNSPEED, and I felt like I lost something when the site closed. Sorry that you didn't get along with David, but not all of us that were on the site shared the same view... at least I didn't ban you... it doesn't matter anyways...

Thanks for the welcome.

if you would have gotten banned for sticking up for a friend...especially with no run ins with any of the mods before, you might be a little more harsh too, Roy. then the jerk-offs want to make derrogatory comments about you when you can't post anything in your defense....and I am only talking about tungsten and a couple of his mustang boys. 99.9% of the members were great people.

it's funny how tungsten tries to come across as a patriot, yet he wants to deny SOME of us the ability to voice an opinion on "HIS" site. anyone knows that the right to free speech is one of the things that made this country great....what a hypocrite.

I got banned before I got to post...J/K
But, I was refused the request to post an invitation to Street Car Forums because of the behavior of some of our members :D

Damnit, DID YOU CALL ME ROY ???? :)

I have been on the site since it's very begining and have known Tung since he would post on another old board a long time ago. We would butt heads all the time but over time we learned that everyone has their own opinions and you need to learn to respect them. It was his board that he started and funded out of his own pocket. I didn't always agree with him on everything but it was his board and I respect his opinions.

If you got banned because you were coming to the defense of your friend then he was right in banning you. You just became a member to make those posts and not put anything productive into the site. If I don't agree with the way a site is run, I don't go there, simple enough.

In any case, I wouldn't dwell on the past.

I had been a member for well over 2 yrs. didn't post a lot because there was very little action there. my friend was just trying to liven things up a bit....goodness know that site could use a little action. anytime you get enthusiasts together, there will be some friction. that is what makes it fun.:D

There was never any guarantee of free speech rights on "HIS" site.

Anyway, glad to be here.
