So after 10 years, the Cobra is no longer mine.
That is some seriously heartbreaking shit to watch your car drive off under someone elses lead foot. She sounded BAD-ASS going up the street and I could hear dude for about a mile off.
Time to go get the latest playtoy - I'm supposed to go look at a '55 Caddy today! =)
Hoping that Stroked93 and Scott will post pics up so I can see her in her new home. (Admittedly it'd be like getting a christmas card from your ex-wife and new husband "Merry Christmas from the Dinklemans" with some cheesy around the fire pic).

It does suck when you sell one that way.
Especially when you know it will still be somewhat local

They are from Cartersville and I'm in Loganville - probably a pretty low chance of running into them.
But still...

I don't want to jinx the deal by getting 'too' excited about it - details are few, but the description by others is incredible, and the gentleman selling it is one of the most upstanding people I've ever known (known the dude for a while, and he is one of those people that will let you drive the car for a week to make sure you like it even before you exchange money, just so that you don't feel that you bought something he wasn't 100% honest about) - lets just say it's one of those deals that you'd be willing to take a loss on another car so you could get it.

Man dont feel bad i had to do the same thing with my old car it made 560 to the tires and like a dumb ass i sold it now im stuck with my ol 93 gt that might make 200 rwhp. But the bad part is i go to the track with the guy that bought my old car and i half to drive it but it all works out in the end though. We did a tune up on the cobra today cleaned it up were gonna take care of the interior tomorrow but from your house to his was 88 miles and the cobra did great no problems and got into a little race on 85. But it was great meeting you and hope to see you around.

I remember several cars i regret selling. Atleast the guy that bought your car will probly take car of it. I sold a 68 chevy pickup to a guy that disasembled it, that was three years ago, and i found out two days ago he sold it for scrap.
