My fuel pressure is very erratic with the one i have. The base setting will move after i tighten the lock nut down by sometimes 5-6 psi? Is the regulator fubared? This is according the the cheapo Summit liquid filled gauge i have on it.
Anyone have any ideas?

cool and that fixed the problem? I'll see if i can get one from Barnett this week. Trying to get this thing somewhat ready for grudge wars.
I also need to figure out why the alternator is not charging too and why its running hot.

Just get the autometer guage that fits directly on the regulator. I think they are about $30 and Barnette has them in stock.
Is that the regulator you got from us? That thing was brand new...I wouldn't think anything is wrong with it. Must be the guage.
