West Side Honda needs a couple of oil change tech's. Pay is based on experience.

Backround and drug tests done with application. So fair warning.

lets say i am have about 3 years tech experince 2 as soley oil changes 1 as a general tech. whats my pay going to be along with benefits.

So you get 5.10 with no experience and 5.15 with any amount of experience above that?

Min wage this july is going up to 6.55 or something like that. next july it is required to be at 7 something.

Hes got alot more work to do than he did at West Side. I think it has something to do with Boog takin all his PDIs

No way in hell he has more work now than he did here. I know he's pulling enough hours for him to have a decent pay check but you guys have nowhere near the work we do.

whats the average hours yor techs see? And what does it pay per flat hour?

and you guys do... what... like 80 cars a day with 20 techs?


Im sure you guys do more customer pay work than we do. (not by much on average based on how many techs and cars we do a day.)

But we make it up with PDIs and used cars. We have alot more cars come in here than we did when i worked at west side. Of course you might be right John, I havnt worked there since last summer. So you might just be right.



Anyone who wants to work there, go for it. I got away finally after hard facts were pounded into my head. Im alot happier now that im not working for a company owned by a huge corperation. (aka AutoNation)
