87 2.3l turbo work in 93 mustang 2.3l

Anyone know if the 2.3l turbo (87 Thunderbird) is a easy swap into a 2.3l n/a mustang. Both cars have T5. Is the swap a direct swap from car to car? The thunderbird also has a 8.8 rear end and disk brake conversion, will they swap directly?

the hardware is a bolt in. You obstacle will be electronics. The Tbird uses a vane air flow and has a distributor. Your 93 has coil packs, 8 plugs, and mass air. The 93 electronics are far superior. Maybe a custon chip to turn off one of the coil pacs so you could use the mass air. Google it, I am sure someone has done it.
