Hello,
My name is Mace Ward, I work for Diesel Head in Knoxville, TN. We are in the process of launching our sport compact division. Our first product will be a new casting of a B-series cyl head. This will be our own casting, we will not be using any part of the oem Honda head. My plan is to design one B-series head that will accept any B-series distributor and Intake Manifold! The Vtec oil passage will be pre threaded and a plug included in the box for you LS-Vtec guys! I do need some help with this project though.

I need to obtain technical drawings of the B-series heads, intake manifolds, and distributors.
Any information that might help in the design of this head will be greatly appreciated.
Also, if any of you have any input as to what will be the best head to model our casting after please speak up.

Thank you all for your time and info.

i would imagine the most popular head would be the b18 simply because it can take a severe beating .. its stock redline was 8k .. its a very good head , a lot of ppl even if they dont have the b18 bottom end put the head on there motor which is called a frankenstein kit .. thats my opinion .. let me know how your project is going

b18 is the best head , like he says it'll take a beating plus it built for higher compression, a smaller cc in the combustion chamber
