Nice i just bought a 01 gt... I herd the enginers are more reliable then the older 4c gts.. I know i wont be able to tune it like a 4c but i still think ill get her running pretty nice...

Well i had a highley modofied ford focus zx3.. and some guy decided to run into me and kill her lol So i bought the gt.... ive onley had it for a month... so far i have....Cold air induction,aftermarket tail and head lights, and about 1000 in audio. Im thinking next eather rims... or exsaust... when im done with her shell be a beast..... Def better then anything around here....

yeah whats awsome about buying a cold air in michigan is they come in pices... So for the summer you can keep it cold air... and during our shitty winters you can just take the one pice of and put on the filter make it a short ram...

Id lower mine but the pot holes around her are horrible... my friends car is lowerd .. he hit a pot hole and tore the whole front aftermarket bumper off and murderd his limited edition rim... lets just say his insurence company isent to happy... this was like a montha go... lol

yea that the only reason i have almost backed out of lowering it cus the drive from Athens to Maryville lot of pot holes. So for now i might leave it where it is.

Yeah theres alot cooler ways to make your ride look better without lowering and maybe fuckin up your ride.... Throw some lamboo doors on it ...That looks so awsome and the kits are like 600 if you think you can do it your self

haha... no lie dude i do it all the time as well but im convenitley just enugh off the ground to just scratch the shit out of the bottom of the lip.. so one can even see the damage i have cuased lol I bet if i lowerd mine i wouldent have a front end anymore.. lol I try to avoide stop signs though lol I think thats why my g.f dosent drive... And since you both have eclipse... why where talking.. have you guys ever had any problums with your engine mounts?

i wouldnt say problems with the mounts.....the car had about 140k on it .......figured tehy had lasted a while. but yeah they were pretty bad when i replaced them. why, are you having issues other than the normal wear on them?- not expensive and relatively easy to change........id get new ones - makes a world of diffrence if you are able to trace any vibrations back to them......

well mine's an auto 2. i just really didn't want to have to change gears the whole way to maryville when i bought the car. But now since i live up here i kind of wish i would have got the manual. :cuss:

Yeah the previous owner blew the engine and put a new one in it and sold it to me so i think when he put the new engine in he didint replace the engine mounts hints all of mine going bad.. i cant find any for cheap if you have a website please post.. i still need the bottom 2.... 2001 gt......... I also had to get a auto so that my G/f could drive....But it does have the sport tronic transmission so i can still shift...sorta lol
