im new to this kind of stuff and i was wonderin what do i want to make it better.
i see alot of people with wrx's with stage 2- what is stage 2

and how do they make their car give like a little air release when they shift

Its a "Blow Off Valve". The "stage 2" is upgrades for the car in stages, the higher the stage, the more power the car is capable to produce. Example, Stage 1 clutch vs Stage 3, Stage 3 is going to be able to not slip under a whole lot of power, and will last a lot longer then a stock one, or stage 1 clutch.
