A good taxidermist can fix that. I've had one fixed that cracked due to heat.

Thanks, but she was beyond repair. The skin was peeled back a couple of inches off the mount. I have all her measurements so I may have a new made when I have some extra money. I caught her in Jackson Lake years ago and would never purposely take one that size out of a public lake again even if it was bigger. Hate to kill those big females their fun to catch.

There's a 8-10lbs one in there but he doesn't ever bite, just to check out what is going on.
He likes to nibble brim if you have them on a line while they are still putting up a fight.
