Sounds like a good race to me. Bring it to the track how ever you want leave the track driving the cars roll up to EXXON at interstate (EMPTY YOUR TANK then) fill up with some fresh 93 octane... Since we are talking about the fastest driver in town not race car driven on street.. Then drive back down through town down 70 to creston and pull into the lanes and race..

LOL... I fill mine at the pump all the time... I think his claim is the fastest daily driver around.. You cant say that a car with Automatic overdrive, tail pipes, full interior on pump gas that goes deep in the 9's in the 1/4 mile isnt impressive. And under 300 cubic inches..

that power seems an awful lot to just pull 112mph, i mean his other coupe pulled 122 and only put down 630-640 on the dyno jet dyno.

i'd guess because of the mod motor. they don't have torque or mph like a pushrod motor.

The grudge racing and "FUN" rivalry is a good thing and keeps us all working harder.
I sit back and think about how things have changed in the last two or three years, we may not all get along, or see eye to eye, but its what makes us strive to do better all the time.

After the very specific instructions you gave, I thought you meant 45 seconds. I can't do that and no one hot laps more than me. I am just trying to be the safety safari and not get run over when you to come hauling back through the pits to get to the lights. ;)

I think 5 minutes is more appropriate, that gives you 3 mph average speed not counting getting your time slip.
