What happened?

Nothing, just updating wheels to change something this year so I have to get the housing narrowed and new axles. I never liked the 7.5" backspace look and those bogarts were 5+ years old, was just sick of looking at them.. Plus I may go ahead and do an A2W intercooler too if I feel like it.

Its OK for what it is..

Well I kinda regret getting into all this to be honest, I got the wheels fairly cheap on YB. But no one mentioned that they dont clear anything except drum brakes pretty much, had to grind the strange calipers and buy different rotors/brackets to space them more towards the inside and still have to use .a .250 spacer.

I gave my axles to get cut/replined to a local guy and he pretty much charged 250.00 to destroy them, I could have sent them back to moser and them do it for 120.00 lol. So now I have to spend another 600 for new axles.

Plus on top of that the new wheels weigh about 6lbs more each than the old wheels with tires, I'm hoping the beadlocks will stiffen the sidewall up and help tire life and I wont have to run tubes, otherwise they will 10lbs heavier each if I have to put tubes in.

So in other words I should have left the fucking thing alone lol.

No, the guy did the work so what can you do. They will probably be fine in a street car but I wont use them in a 1000+hp 3400lb car.

I should have just sent them to Moser but I was being in a hurry and trying to give some local guys some business.

I dont think it will be that bad, the drag radials I run are 10lbs a side more than the beadlocks with slicks even. I know everyone says radials have less rolling resistance and that makes up for it some but thats radials at 32psi, not 15 ;)

We'll see, I dont think it will make a huge difference, for me the main thing with the bead locks is I can change my own tires in a few minutes, before I had to drive 50 miles to use a decent machine since I dont trust anyone but myself to mount tires on a race car.
