FS: Rebuilt 302 shortblock $250

I don't really know much about it, was told that it's been bored/honed, new bearings and etc. I later found out it still has stock pistons in it, so I'm thinking they just honed it and put new rings/bearings in it.

It does not have a cam in it.

Are the pistons forged? Any trades?

I don't think the pistons are forged, they're just stock H.O. Pistons.

h.o 5.0 pistons '86-'92 are forged trw stock

It would help your sale 110% if you looked at the pistons closer and see if they are TRWs or not..like I said if it s 87-92 5.0 HO engine it should have the forged pistons

i'm almost positive i assembled this shortblock and it does have trw stock pistons in std bore, it also has new std clevite rod and main bearings with new hasting rings. It was a spare shortblock for my dads racecar that we built and it sit on a stand for a couple of years and then we sold it. Looks identical to the one i assembled painted black and everything. I also sold it with no pan oil pump, pick or timing chain, or cover.
