As the title says looking for an apartment or someone to room with reasonably priced. Locations could be anywhere from maynardville to kingston pike. or anywhere in those general areas(Big area i know lol). Not sure on what price to expect but let me know, I'd rather room with someone to split rent/utilities and whatnot. Basically I'm tired of my dads bullshit so I'm gettin out of here.Beings this is my first time leaving home let me know what to expect such as water/electricity/rent and other expenses. Let me know guys, thanks.

Also may be interested in a couch/chair, microwave, mini-fridge etc if i get my own apt.

Im actually interested in renting a house, i found one for 975, i can swing half but the whole amount is too much, its 3bedroom 2 car garage, and i could possibly swing another room mate, the garage is my only concern you can keep the house, ive got to have somewhere to work out of, btw ive got 5 cars but prob only keep 3 or 4 there depending, but am interested in a roommate as well, someone cool and not lazy, im an asshole so may be hard to get along with. but as long as your not lazy we should be cool lol. btw im the guy that uped your timing at vic.

well i work all the way off of clinton hwy, but would prefer to live westish, seem to stay out there more, the house i found is right near pellissipi off of kingston pike, so seems decent spot for me, though you pay a lot more for anything farther west, i guess it doesnt matter a lot just prefer.

Never drive down kingston too much so dont know traffic but its like right almost under pellissipi parkway, so im thinking maybe 5 miles from mall to the house, itd take me 15 minutes to get to work but i drive like a retard. yeah thats without utilities, they might be flexible on price but dont know, for what were getting and the location though its pretty nice, like i said the 975 is too much for me alone, but i figure 600 for total bills a month splitting utilities and only 400 if i bring another roommate in, its a service writer at work, he wants to get a place too, but hes cool our age so that would be tits for just 400 with utilities. anyways let me know I am def looking to get a place soon dieing with all my junk scattered and no where to properly build/paint my race cars, or boost/build others cars. I do a lot of projects stuff but mostly im ocd clean and quiet, so no big problems, only drink no bad habits, guess thats it.

yeah me too. ive been looking but mainly at 2 br houses for myself. if something like this works out that would be cool. and its cool now i can put a name with a face. i was looking at spending 600/mo at most. so 4 is well within my limit. and i got dish network already. i got 1yr and a half on the contract.

Yeah thatd be nice, im the same way splitting a 1k month place between 2 is doable just with only 400 a month for rent and utilities would be dirt cheap, like I said im good for whenever but not in a big hurry ive been looking around for a while, if you guys find anything else that looks nice let me know only major requirement for me is the 2 car garage. Also figure out if you guys want to meet up and look at this one or whens a good time, talon said tues would be good for him, weekends are better for me just cause i usually work till 6 on weekdays, whenevers good though just give me a heads up couple days before.

Well honestly ive got way to much shit, got my work place full, and 2 garages not full but stuff strowed, I couldnt possibly keep it all in the garage though there wouldnt be room to work so i figure ill keep most of what i prob wont use or need put up. Figured best way to do the garage is fix up benchs and shelving and whatever can fit on those of ours is cool but gotta keep 2 bays cleared to work out of i cant stand a garage pyled up with shit you cant move around the car to work on. Im sure wed be cool to move cars in and out to do projects i dont plan on parking anything in there permanent just to sit. And as much as id love to keep my z garaged its always chilled outside so im cool with it, would be nice to have like a 10 car lol keep them all inside. But yeah i think wed be cool to work it out so we could all use it and be able to pull stuff inside whenever we needed to work on anything. other note i do have 5 cars 4 run and just one rolling drag project car but im not gonna keep them all at the house most stay at my work. Im pretty stoked about this though ive been wanting to get back into a house for a while now just no one i know id wanna live with and ones i do all have girls there basically married to. Im not so much about the women being a permanent fixture but by all means bring all the ones you want over lol. should be sweet and sorry about the retarded long posts

Its coming i guess, its stripped down to bare rolling chasis, no brakes lines/harnesses nothing at all that way i can strip it and shoot it. I found the trim pieces and few other things i needed for it but honestly its been put aside i picked up a 92 awd 6/4 ive been playing with trying to get it running right, its got a 70mm on it and is so hard to tune because of the cfm difference in each gear, first is worthless it moves half the air at 20 lbs as in 3rd so it just hits a wall, ima take a different tuning approach though see if i can figure it out but im replacing and redoing a lot of shit right now. Yeah i called you but i cant remember why so must not be too important

I'm looking to buy another house now, and if I do, the one I am in now may be for rent. I'm not sure what rent is going for these days in a house like this, but I'm thinking it would be somewhere between $800 and $1000. It's 3br, 2ba, with a garage big enough for 2 cars...but only one door. In other words, it's like a one car garage with a workshop area big enough for another car, but you can't get one in it. If I wind up renting it, I'll post it up.

Well, the wife and I looked at a house today and will likely be making an offer on it. If we get the price we want, we will be moving out of our house and renting it out.
