Hey my name is Spike and I'm trying to build a community of Street Racer Fans based on the Culpeper, and Fredricksburg area, I live in both areas and know there are tons of ricers and real racers around but I want to bring them all together in one place, if your from this area or actually race/visit the area often please reply.
