For several years we didn't do Thanksgiving but instead delivered the meals to the ederly that is on the Meals on Wheel list since they didn't deliver them food on Christmas or Thanksgiving... Kinda stupid but now they do so last year we went camping for Thanksgiving and ended up finding a family of 7 at the campground living in tents because their house had burned down. I still think to this day that we were sent there for that family.

This year we had 4 families for Thanksgiving along with our open house here and the same for Christmas.

Good to see we are not the only ones still trying to save this hopeless world. :cheers:

This year will be the best.....I haven't asked anyone for anything....but started 2 months ago shopping for everyone so this will be the year of the most meaningful presents. I love the giving more than getting. One of the things I got for someone is so ultimately cool but I can't post pics of it on here until after Christmas :-)
