I noticed you had RI plates, did you drive down for the race or did you just happen to be in the area?

I live in Rhode Island, but do most of my work down south at the TVA nuclear stations. I usually end up 4 to 7 months in Tennessee, and Alabama each year. I've made some good friends in the area, and in the Atlanta area as well. I was down in Chattanooga working when the DFT came up. I was fortunate enough to get the time off from work, so I took a ride out there. I try to go to the test and tune on Fridays when I'm there, so I heard about the event a few weeks prior to its running. I also get down to the Southern Super Heavyweight Shootout each year at the Atlanta track. If I'm free, I try to get to the Atlanta Breakfasts put on by the Marauder club I belong to. I'll be headed down that way again in late January, first to Huntsville, AL, then to TN for the rest of the spring. I'll get out to the tracks while there, Huntsville or Steele while in AL, Brainerd while in TN. Hope to see you there, put a face on the screen name and all that.
