does anyone on this board know anything about linux? I know alot of you are computer geeks like me so if someone could help me i would appreciate it.

yall are just so damn funny:embarras: so i guess thats a no. Where the hell are all the computer geeks at? This is jenkins_atl by the way. But i need to know how so build a RPM package through the terminal, and then execute the package using $ RPM -i <my package>.rpm

I know someoneon here can help me with this , thier aremore than just this OS using this type of file execution.:confused:

Sorry it took so long to reply. I have a number of questions actually. Firstly, how do i build a RPM package, since linux doesnt have a nice user friendly .exe file you have to make an RPM. Also i need to connect to the internet through a wireless adapter, which is run off a microsoft cd. Ive heard that linux and windows play nice sometimes together, but then sometimes they dont. Thanks for the help.
