By adding HP, I meant removing weight is roughly the equivelent to adding that much HP if it was still at the stock weight.

I figure removing 100lbs is like adding 10-15 rwhp.

Your logic makes no sense. I agree that 100lbs is like adding 10flywheel horsepower as that has always been the general rule of thumb, but it does not add real horsepower. By your logic you are subtracting weight and adding horsepower. By your logic and going by your numbers I should have picked up approximately 3 tenths and 3 mph just by swapping to an aluminum block, which by the way seemed like a no brainer to me seeing as how it was out of the car and only cost $800 to do. Regardless, it is what it is and has always been noted as a mod on my car as has the lack of mods, such as factory manifolds and all the stuff that I didn't do that actually would add power.

Now stay on topic. Will you run Bonz or not? I'm guessing not, but what do I know? Just for the record, Bonz car will barely get out of it's own way, much less outrun a thacker driven catfish. Hell, he's not even wanting to put any money down, so what do you have to lose? What do ya say? SDR or MND? Hell, he'd probably go to AMS or Commerce for a chance to take down the notorious thacker.

You best hope I spin like that, but I can assure you that the $7,000 worth of drag suspension on my car, along with 28x10 is enough to keep the power it makes on pump gas (plenty you skin your ass) hooking, even at 4100 lbs.
