Ok, got the springs in and the wheel spacing where i am happy with it so question now is do I bolt the Saleen wing on to go with the rest of the ground effects or leave it like it is other then repainting it.

Boomer your vote doesn't count as I keep reading you car has worn the white hood for years with the trash can wheels and the picnic table on it.:spin:

take the luggage rack off and fill the holes and just ride. Picnic tables only look right on Gt's (hatch) to me , JMO though;)

I'm leaning that way . Here's a pic of it from the back. We haven't put the tailpipes on it yet but it has all the polished Magnaflow stuff on it.

I wouldnt put the saleen wing on it...I would either smooth it or put a 93 cobra style wing on it...I have a pic of a gt vert with a 93 one on it, I will find it and post it for you

I even like it with the luggage rack.Yeah I was thinking the same. When I left for PCB last week the front hadn't been lowered and it still had the Warriors on the front and no wheel spacers so I wasn't sure how it was going to look but when I got back he had the springs swapped out and the spacers. May just find another decklid and smooth it and just paint both when we paint the car that way I can swap them out when I get bored with the look.

Heres a pic of the Cyclone from the back . I've had it on Craigslist for awhile but everyone wants to trade stupid stuff for it that isn't worth anything.

i like the salleen wing on the verts. dont get persuaded to not do what you like by others. i was told not to do it cause they didnt like it.the only reason i didnt was because i didnt want people to think it was faster than it is. i love the looks of it though. so if you like it put it on! dont listen to scott at coupe performance about the wing.:D:D

this is a inside joke too!

Get a coupe deck lid and paint it to match the car. I do not like big ass wings.

Get a coupe deck lid and paint it to match the car. I do not like big ass wings. Thats prob what I'll do . I normally like the look of them with all the Saleen ground effects or on a GT car in place of the GT wing but kinda liked the different look this car has like it is. I was even going to put a black top on it because the white is so hard to keep clean but it is growing on me a little. Plus like everything else I have had it's always for sale anyway.

I'm gonna tell ya it would look better without the wing, but I would pimp it. A 93 cobra style wing would look better. I believe the ones that came on some of the camaros(RS I think) are the same style and fit a coupe/vert nearly perfect.

One of the guys around here had one of a 91/92 Z/28 [tall one] on a coupe and it looked pretty decent.

Saleen SC style from wheelreplicas.com they are supposed to be a copy of the Stearns aren't they? I wanted to put a set of them on mine but could only find them in 4 lug.

I think they look best on a car with a cowl hood. It kind of balances out better that way imo.

I'm biased as my vert doesn't have a wing; but it is your car so do what makes you happy.
