what is the best crank stroke and rod lenght to use on a 393w

im building a 393w and was wondering what is the best combo to use?

393's are so popular b/c you can use mostly stock parts. Pistons for a 302, stock windsor rods, and a $185 cast 3.85 stroke crank.
