yeah, he dyno'd sunday and made 571rwhp/737rwtq and he couldn't keep up then so he's gonna need more than a 25 shot bump in nitrous....ahahaha....i'll be looking for him this weekend
seriously, it was a kickass race last weekend b/c our cars are pretty close but he runs out of steam up top. i guess he doesn't know that i've got my turbos making as little boost as i can...one bump of the boost controller can take care of that.

he was already running a 100 shot and only said it was a 50 shot beforehand but only after denying that it even had nitrous. ya know what, i'm going to give him a run w/out touching anything, boost or anything. i'm going to run just like it sat last weekend and after that, judging by how that goes, i'll turn up the boost accordingly and go from there. :eek:

we may have to bolt up your nittos lol, last time i broke loose at ~90mph so that is one reason i even have a hard time with him, i have to short shift it and drop out of the power band...if i stuck the hole time, i'd go from a 2nd gear kick and never look back

when i buy some sticky tires it's just going to be mickey thompsons. i probably won't have both. i think the 245 nittos are too narrow and the 275 nittos look redneck on my 8" wide wheels so that is another thing i was debating on

i've already put a Weld Rodlite and 26X10.5" mickey thompson on it back when i used to have it as a heads/cam/intake 150 shot car. i had to grind the top and front of the rear calipers for clearance. you can check it out friday, it wasn't too bad, it took about 20 minutes with a big grinder and they barely cleared. i did the same with the same brake setup on my 95 mustang, ground the calipers down and tada...hehe

i don't need a 28" tire with my 3.27 gears and a stick shift either
