Its simple.

All of the clutches / hydraulics we've had worked fine in the low RPMs. Powershift at 6500 or above and the pedal will stick on the floor and the clutch will stay engaged and the tranny will lock you out from getting into the next gear.

We think we've found the solution now... just have to rip tranny and replace again.
