Emissions Testing??????'s

I'm have been throwing arounf the idea of putting together a blow through turbo setup. The only thing is that I live in rockdale county and we have to pass emissions. Is it possible to pass with a carbed v-8 if i run cats? If not, does anyone know of someone that will pass me for a few extra bucks? All opinions apreciated...

if the car was originally a carbed car, chances are likely you could still pass emissions. if however you are putting this into a later model chassis that was EFI from the factory, its going to be a tough proposal.

well, then "move" to there, and you dont get emmisions tested.
