I'm good, But I don't know my cars wieght. I think it wieghs 2,700 without me in it! I'll be close to 3,000 lbs! Petty said it wieghs 2,980 with him in it! So I'll be real close. I'll bring some whight! ;)

i have a friends car that is dead reliable, but still slow as crap. last time i took it to the track, i ran 18.245s twice in a row, and then an 18.244. since its an auto taurus, its easy to launch, and it cant spin tires to mess up the short times.

i know i cant win any heads up races, but where would you guys suggest i take this thing for some bracket racing?

They race 7.50 on saturdays. On sunday's it is 7.0 class.

I had 176,000 miles on the stock ones and I figured if I going to turn it up some, I had better beef up the rear end. It should be up and running for Sunday the 22nd at Silver Dollar.

Brainerd, North I-75 at the GA, TN line. Exit 353. or Silver Dollar would be south I-75 past Macon and you would exit and go towards Fort Valley the track is located in Reynolds, GA.

Another cool part about the race was this was the first time I have ever drove Big Orange's car. I had to learn real quick. It made for a very interesting day and productive too.

So how did the BIGORANGE run?

He ran to fast and broke out in the first round. During his time trials the car was hitting the number right on in the heat. I guess it got some good air and ran a little too fast in the first round. He is mad at that car for going quicker than he expected it to go.

It would spin about 20 feet. I still like my turbo better, it is not so loud, I can hear myself think in my car. I was able to beat the guy at the tree for the 1st round of the 6.0 class I was happy about that, but it did not hook well at all. The track was too hot and the off the line grunt was too much for it to hook.

I did not plan on racing today, I just showed up to hang out and the chance to win $100 was offered to me and I took it. Not to shabby for a little fun in the sun. I knew the only way I had a chance to move on to the next round was for the other guy to red light or get loose down the track. Other wise I did all I could do and just win the tree.
