some sites let you hotlink, some don't. that site apparently doesn't. so in that case, you just save it to your computer. then, in your reply, you scroll down and hit the "browse" button in the "attach file" area. find your picture and select it. hit the reply button as usual after that and it will make the pic pop up just like willie's...
