What are some of the fastest street cars in your area?

define street cars. if your talking about fastest cars racing on the street well then high 7s would be it but there few and far between with most now choosing to do it at the track.

i dont know its either mild M3's, 911's, some 350 spyders, 2 rx7's, 1 supra which I dont think are modded yeah no race scene in my town just ricers.

my friend has a 1993 Mazda RX-7 with a single garret T4 turbo replacing the stock twin turbo system. it has a centerforce clutch and a intake and exhaust...runs high 12's/low 13s. some guy has a lancer evo, and from what I know bone stock. another dude I know has a 35th anniversary edition trans am. that shit is ill

You friend needs to learn how to drive the 7. I ran 12s on the stock twins. :) With a turbo upgrade, he is good for low 11s. Tell him to practice. :D

The cars now that will run in the three or four second range are very costly. And those that make their cars run that fast aftermarket usually become emissions illegal. I understand that all states aren't testing for that now, but in 2009, probably all states will. If they do 'come down' on this everywhere, you may see performance actually drop in newer cars. If they don't drop, then you will see an increase in the price of those cars.

hey have any of u guys seen viper street racers? do ut hink we should start street races woth turn like midnight club or those kinda games? still on the local streets, just with turns, not just a straight away, but the straight away is cool with me, but i think we just need longer streets, so we could get to our top speed in a race. 4car races seem cool 2, maybe we could start doing 4 car races too! but those r just sum suggestions....

Hye roy..Ive got some customers running around south jersey with 8 sec cars and a few 9 sec cars..Blue 200sx with a 383 chevy and a Rx7 T 2 with a 383..A few others as well..Thers some fast cars that play in philly from jersey but after the ricers and the killing of philadelphia street race.org things have cooled down and most we race is at atco nj

I drove my 88 GTU rx7 with a 396 LT1 on methanol eveery day to work in south philly when i lived there..slicks and all and never bothered by the cops..That car ran low 9s@148 all day long..And i lost a few times on some money run from afew cars up there that were owned by other shops.
