Flying down to orlando for the week...

of aug 8th - 12th for some Telecom classes. I have never been to Orlando. I have been all over florida, but when I go, I hit the beaches. So, with that being said, I had no interest in Orlando since there isn't any beaches...lol But now I'm stuck for the week and I am wanting to know of the GOOD restaurants and other things I could do after class which ends at 4:30.Also, where is the closest beach??

Cocoa Beach is closest, Speedworld Orlando always has a bunch of people on Wed and Friday for test and tune, events on Sat. RaceRock on I-drive along with a bunch of places to get your drink on at Pointe Orlando. Downtown is a tourist trap but there are some good clubs. PM me with your interests and I can point you in the right direction.
