He was fighting pussies. Thats why he's good in Japan. I'm sure there are more than a few UFC guys that could hang.

I've seen him fight before in K-1. If I remember correctly, he was beat. Compared to the other fighters, he SUCKED.

He had strength, but no kind of technique, and absolutely no stamina.


PS. He was also extremly SSLLOOOOOOWW.

That's Bob Sapp, the dude is like 6' 7" 325 lbs, ex-pro ball player and briefly a wrestler. They gave him basically the minimum amount of training he needed to get by in that league and he just beats the crap out of most people just because of his size.

I'd like to see Royce Gracie show him what pain is...

About all that dude has goin' for him is strength. I've seen him get knocked out by much smaller folks. He's strong as hell, but he's got a glass jaw, you throw a couple in his face and it's TIMBER... As a matter of fact, half of those highlights were from the Ernesto Hoost fight, in which Hoost actually KO'd Sapp.

I agree, he would fade quickly in UFC. In K-1, Mirko Cro-Cop beat him in the 1st round in under 1-1/2 minutes!! :eek:
Can't say I would want to face him, but as said before, in the arena he is in, he really has no competition.

he is scheduled to fight royce next year in japan. he has already tried his hand in pride a few times in japan and had his ass handed to him by a guy about half his size. he can't fight in ufc because he ways alot more than the required weight even in the heavyweight division. he is also warren sapps cousin, which is another reason its fun to watch him get worked.
