New RadioControl Track in Maryville Nascar Style

Hey guys,

Well I keep this place updated on RC stuff, and since I am a team driver for a few rc teams, I though I would post the link to the new concrete oval track we are starting back up in Maryville. Everyone should check it out even just to watch because these cars are quick. Last week in practice we clocked one at 42mph for a 38oz electric powered car that is movin. Well here it is first race will be in a couple of weeks, and we have a bunch of classes for beginners that you can get in for a little bit of nothin. About the price of a couple of new tires on your ride.

Any chance of a road course version in the near future?

Not sure buddy, we are working on getting this going to get back a little of the money we put in then start saving for upgrades. If we concrete the infield which we would like to do next year then we would set up a roadcourse in the middle and use the oval portion for the straights.

Look for some pics on how the cobra club uses the 411 oval for autox. Might give you guys some easy ideas for using the existing track and modifying the infield.
