Well Guys and Girls...

Test and tune went well today. The track was definitely hooking better than yesterday. Had a Pro Mod come (James Hancock) and run a 1.07 60'time with a 4.47@ 168 MPH. Yeah, still a little slow for a PM, BUT, the 60' showed that the track was hooking AWESOME. If you can, come out and check out the Pro Mods next Sunday. There's also a 6.0 Heads Up race with a GUARANTEED $1500 purse. It's only $15 bucks to get in the gate, so come out if you can.

I want to thank Bugman and the Bugcrew and Renegade SS and Li'l Renegade for coming out today. They were at the track even before I was, so I knew from that moment it was going to be a great and fun day.

Bugman...sub 8 seconds. She made a great pass. I think you might be getting a phone call from John Force. He might need someone to run the Mustang FC!!!!!:D :burnout:

We had a blast as always... Thanks for all the good company.

Here is Nichole's 7.99. If it would have not been running peg leg I would have turned on the bottle and shot for some 6's. :D

Being her father and already having the Nitrous on her car I don't find it very awesome. :( Kinda scares the hell outta me because now she is wanting the bottle turned on and begging for 6's. Geeeezus I am gonna die of a heart attack when she does so I may need you near by on her first bottle pass. :D

I cringe now everytime Mrs. Bugman makes a pass. You can count the gray hairs that pop out every time she launches.

Mr. Bugman...
I don't know how you do it. The whole time we were building my husbands car I was thinking...hummm...I just don't know about this. Back before we even started dating I went to watch him race...first pass it jumped sideways half track. He was just a friend then and my heart stopped. My son wants a jr and I'm like...well...that would be nice...but...
Even now that I've met some of the folks on here...it worries me to death, but the love of it is just so strong. Kinda like smoking I guess (i don't...but i assume) racing is just an addiction. I have lots of respect for you sir...I know it takes alot of time and dedication to keep a whole family at the race track. Don't drive faster than your guardian angels can fly :D :D My daddy used to tell me that before I would leave to go to the track :(

I had a full head of hair when my daughter turned 16, so don't be surprised when you look like me.

Think of it this way...she could have worse "hobbies", for example BOYS (on the mind 24/7). And she is getting quality time with her dad to boot! :)

TY and yes it is rough at times trying to keep all their cars running. I have a new project now so Mrs. Bugman is gonna be trying out my old ride which is a little faster than she has been yet so their goes what little hair I do have left. Miss Bugman will be spraying a little 75 shot on hers next time so I will be as bald as Geezer by Monday.

Funny that you mentioned boys Maria. My daughter doesn't care a thing for em. Scares the hell out of us to be honest but she said that she will finish school, own a house, own a car and a truck to pull it to the track before she ever considers getting serious with any guy.

I guess I just have a lot of luck going for me right now just hoping that she keeps her goals in that order. :D
