tips for 98 R/T ???

Hey Im not a real big gearhead, I just admire all fast cars. I currently got a 98 Neon R/T which is reasonably quick (mid to low 15's) the current mods are a cat-back 2 1/2" flowmaster exhaust, cold air intake, MSD wire and platnium spart plugs from Bosch ( plat. +4). I would like to make the car faster and handle better ( it's lowered almost 2" i think, but it bounces terribly, even the slightest bump and my back hurts, this hurt the cars conering ability), I dont want to tear up the motor or do any thing really extensive ( Im 19 and on a limited budget). I would apprieciate any advice and imput on my dillema, If you everowned a neon or have good tips send them to this board. the motor is a 2.0 DOHC. (its an mits. motor).
