us116 runs from Wartburg to near Lake City. 25 miles of curves. if you want, you can split it in half and come out near oliver springs. that's usually what i do.
it probably isn't worth the drive from knoxville (simply because it'd suck to drive out there and then come up on someone with a truck full of hay or something)..........
if you are in anderson county and got a few hours to kill, it is worth the drive.

yes. i've made a handful of trips to knoxville dragway this season. my best run thus far is a 10.16 with a 2.5x sixty (1/8th mile, of course) bone stock. i'm still pretty steep on the learning curve at the strip and haven't gotten around to doing the little track prep things (air pressure, empty hatch, pull spare, etc). with some better driving and some tweaking, there may be as much as another half second to trim as it sits today.
i'm planning to do a 3" turbo-back and ecu tuning in the near future. hopefully that, along with some better driving, will put me at or near 13's and 100mph traps in the 1/4.
