I was wondering if any of you guys could give me some advice. My integra has been sputtering ever sense I got it. The car will sometimes sputter after the car is warm, or after i've got on it. When it starts to sputter i'll usually just give it a little bit of gas, but it will still slightly sputter. I've put new plugs, plug wires and changed the fuel filter. The engine is stock besides an intake and exhaust. I've also noticed that after it's sputtered, if the car is turned off it takes a few times to get it started again. Im kinda leaning towards the fuel pump, i've noticed my rear bumper above my exhaust is black, and it seems to be getting bad gas mileage.
