Did that start out as a conquest?

yeah,a 1987 conquest.it basically is still one.just the drive train has been modified.
it has a 1969 boss 302 with a AOD tranny,20 inch driveshaft and retains the original idependent rearend.the gauges have been replaced as well as the shifter.the car was a 5 speed but now is an automatic.car now has dual exhaust that sounds great.

I thought those came with a turbo charged 6 cyl or something?

they came with inline 4cyl turbo.this one is "modified':D
