honda accord ?

i had the valves adjusted on my 95 accord, but it makes like a vavle rattling noise when at a pull, but it dont at certian speed, id this normal, the car runs like a champ it just has that rattling noise?

you probably have it fixed now but, it sounds like spark knock.

My father has a 94 accord lx that makes those noises. It may be an indicator of low oil because his quiets down after an oil change and he never checks or fills up in between. If yours in an EX then the noise should be less noticable and not a big deal regardless.

it's a slang term for detonation... typically caused by excessive carbon buildup, running shitty gas, a clogged egr, high engine temp, ect. he should try upping the ocatane rating to see if that makes it go away.

google "spark knock". you'll see it's a common term.
