my girlfreind is moving to MD from GA. her car has an of road X-pipe with MIL- eliminators, a chip and few other things done to it. i need to know what the state law for emissions inspections requires. and if they do a visual. im asking because here in GA. its different. also any information on some good performance shops around the DAVIDSONVILLE would be appreciated.
