Hey, Sean here. Were starting to get a good gathering of people up here in the dubuque area. We've got (2) 92 tsi awd's, (2) 95 tsi awd's, (2) 95 tsi fwd's, (1) 90 1.8l eclipse, (1) 90 2.0l laser, and two more people lookin for dsm's. I'm sure there are a few more i'm forgetting too.

I'll try to get them all registered here. I would also like to get a big meet once, that would be cool.

Yeah, I'm the "other", or should I say "faster" :D, 92 TSi AWD from the Dubuque area. Actually I'm living in Cedar Falls right now since I'm going to college and it sucks cuz I don't have my car down here. But yeah, a meet would be pretty sweet with a bunch of DSMs, it'd be awesome to cruise together too.

that rules...debuque is about an hour and a half from des moines, right? I just moved down here and am just starting to learn everything. i totally want to have a meet with the dsm's in the area this spring. we could just hang out or if you guys want to do some legal racing, we could hit up a track for a day. yeah, get your friends on here, that's be awsome.

Dubuque is about 3 hours from desmoines. I know there is a big dsm showing down there. Me and another friend were down by Taboo's place and there were like 3-4 dsm's within 1 block... it was heavenly.

I'm probably only about 2 1/2 hours away from you down here in Cedar Falls but it's not like I have my car anyway so I won't be getting there anytime soon. We might stop up in Ames one of these days though to meet up with some friends at Iowa State so I might let you know. Yeah....I miss my car....but at least it's not slow like Sean's :rolleyes: :D j/k.

yeah, i've only been e-mialing the dsmers down here. unfortunately i havent met any yet. i wont have my car down here until winter so it's hard to cruise and meet people. Taboo has one of the nicest looking 1Gs i have ever seen and want to meet him, but he's hard to get a hold of.

I know how you feel, Slice, my parents asked me not to take my car because it would be "too much of a distraction." :bs: anyway, let me know if you're ever in the area.

Nah, we haven't been to the track yet. I'm gonna go this upcoming season but we've always got the friendly little competion :tongue:

He has exhaust and I am in the process of finding money for one, otherwise i'm stock except for a K&N :rolleyes:, boost/egt guages, pocketlogger, twin piston brake upgrade and my joe p that should be here next week.

Yea, my friend was lookin at buyin what I guess it was one of Taboo's friends cars, it was an awsome car. 95 tsi awd with a good amount of mods. Unfortuanatly my friend couldn't sell his truck before the car got sold :(

When I was down there Taboo wansn't there but I saw his car... The back end was up in the air like most dsm's :D but the fmic was tittie. I wanted to see under the hood but he wasn't there so I didn't get to see much other than the fmic :(
