we used to meet up at the doughnut shop on saturday nights off 99 when Herfey's closed, I think a lot have migrated over to cost cutter. I try to avoid that place. We sometimes meet up at the Burgermaster on bothel-everett highway and head out to some random spots.
What do you drive? where are you located? I live in south East everett on the border of Mill creek (silver lake area).

I don't ever make it out to bremerton just because of the distance, I try to make it to pacific when I can. I will be a lot this year.

Oh, ok. I have a friend up in Munro that has a 66 Chevy II. I think his car is a little faster. He races at Pacific Raceways. His car is white.

I've been wondering about that. I grew up in Washington, in and around the Seattle area, but moved to Tennessee before I got into cars. My b/f Matt and I recently visited my mom who lives in Auburn - everywhere we went we looked for cars, and to my surprise we really didn't see much that turned my head...
Here in Knoxville there's a pretty big car scene. We have all kinds of cruise-ins, car shows and informal get togethers. I ran the local dyno for about a year and got to see everything - an Allison Legacy Car, a BMW World Challenge Car, a Champion Honda Challenge car, a Viper race car, several Porsche race cars and a dirt track car from hell - among others. Of course there were plenty of street cars as well - imports and domestics from stock to fully modified. I've worked in several body shops before and after the dyno job, and now Matt and I are just floating around helping last-minute race car drivers get their cars ready for the track.
I love cars, and I just know there's gotta be some gearheads out there in my great home state of Washington!!! I was just looking in the wrong places - right? Where's the closest dyno to Seattle? What are the names of some good local retail and mod shops to visit? Any car shows going on this summer? Where's the closest drag strip(s)? Any other suggestions? I want our next trip there to kick ass!
