Prayers needed please

This afternoon my sisters best friend was in a car wreck. She was T-boned by a dump truck on the passenger side luckly she was alone. She was Life Flighted to AMC she has a collapsed lung, broke vert in her neck, brusing on the brain, cuts on back of head, and cuts and bruses all over. She is doing better at the moment they woke her and she has movement in hands and feet. Now she is suddated and closely monitored in ICU.

She has just graduated H.S. her and my sister have the same first name, live next door to each other, have been in the same Classrooms in school for the past 13yrs.

This girl is pretty much family we greatly Thank You for any thoughts and prayers.

I know some of you folks don't believe in prayer, but today is just more proof to me that there is a God and He is very very good.
When Joey's stepmom called this afternoon to tell me that Kayla had been in an accident...I could tell that she had been crying (I hate these phone calls) Joey had tried to go this way earlier on his way home and had to turn around because of the accident (he didn't know who it was but he could see the back of the dump truck) We had just passed the sight when I got the call. There was maybe 10 feet of black marks if that. There's no way the man had time to stop. Anyway....she told me that it was really really bad and that they had already called their preacher and it looked really grim. By this time tons of prayer had gone up...then...by the time we got to the hospital...she had stabalized and they said that she should be ok. A friend of hers came up on the accident right after it happend and took pictures of it with a cell phone. It was a 2 door grand am and the (loaded) truck hit right in the passenger door. It wrapped the car in half and the only thing that was left was where she was sitting. She still needs lots of prayer....but in just that short amount of time....she went from grave to being stable. The Lord is good ya'll. He had mercy on a young life today. :) We all appreciate your thoughts and prayers. It makes me feel good knowing that I can always come here and no matter what....have tons of support. Thanks bunches.

HPC Your very welcome.... God does wonders!! My friends were in the same boat this past weekend, and if I didn't get my fuel pump for my Jeep I would have been in the Jeep also.. In the end who knows what the outcome would have been.. Maybe death.. I thank God they are alright, and that I didn't ride with them..

I what to thank you guys and to the ones that have not replyed but are praying THANK YOU.

The other sad thing about this is that this girls mother has just lost her boyfriend in a motorcycle wreck late last year. In which he died on scene now she is seeing her youngest child like this.


When you are driving Please Please look twice. Please have respect for the Big Trucks on the road. It is everyday I have someone pull out infront of me sometimes I dont know how I slowed the truck down that fast or got it stopped. It seems as thow when someone pulls out in front of me and I am tring my best to slow down and I'm on the persons bumper blowing the horn they think I'm being a asshole and want to give me the finger or a brake check :confused:
