That's OBVIOUSLY a "too small" turbo. If he'd been running a T-45910.35 with a 180mm compressor wheel, he'd have enough turbo lag to get rolling before the power came on.

I bet somebody didn't tighten down the slicks when they got to the track and the slack sheared the studs off. If you look close you can actually see the studs/nuts hitting the ground to the left of the car.
