A BOV and an Intake are not good mods on a wrx. The only ones that work right(intak wise) are the COBB, and the SPT intakes. I had noticed you said you were having problems with your car, did you ever figure it out, was it the BOV?

I got rid of the BOV b/c I dont have any tuning like a UTEC or anything but its a AEM intake and I dont have a bit of trouble out of it. I would imagine that it may have just been a boost leak or vacuum leack somewhere but I has to be really small b/c the car still pulls hard.

Goodluck with the CAI. I read all the time about them doing crazy stuff to the MAF. If you get a Rec. BOV, that would be idel, or atleast 50/50.

Bugeyes look better IMO, but the STI is where it's at.

I have the stock back on. I have had a catless downpipe with a CEL for about a year but I also have bought the MIL elimator and it works for a few 100 miles then dont work for a few 100 miles. I have put the intake and the stock BOV is back on and no CEL in over 200 miles. So hopefully the CAI leaned it out a little for the MIL elimator to work....finally.

But your right the STI is where its at.

got my eyes on some hondas and a couple 240s thinking bout starting my ownproject in order for me to learn more aobut cars so hopefully this thing sells by the car is on ebay reserve is up there though in case deal falls through just so u know it 18600 is the reserve
