1998 Black M3 with Modena Interior. Comes with front and rear Vader seats, the front also being heated. This car has pretty much every option possible for a 98 m3. Dual front and side airbags, one touch windows and sunroof, 6 disc cd changer in trunk, cruise, power mirrors, rear seat headrests, and rear spoiler. Overall the car is in great condition. Motor runs perfect and transmission shifts thru all gears with no grinds or clunks. The car handles really well and does NOT have any of the typical rear end clunks(guibo, rear strut mounts) The wheels on the car are factory 17x8 Double Spokes with 225/45/17s in the front and 245/45/17s in the rear. The passenger side rear wheel has a curb rash around the majority of the rim as can be seen in the pictures. The rest of the rims have minor marks on them but no major rash or damage. All wheels are straight and true with no bends. Tires have about 30-40% tread life remaining. The body of the car is in overall good condition. The passenger side front fender has been repainted at some point and time and the quality of the paint is not perfect. Seems to have some "trash" in the paint. It is not bad enough where it would show up in pictures but in direct bright sunlight it is noticeable if you are within a couple feet of the car. The rest of the exterior is in good shape with the exception of 4-5 common door dings throughout the car. The Modena interior is in great shape excluding the driver's seat. The leather on the seat is cracked severely and now has a seat cover over it. These seats generally cost about $150-$200.00 to be reupholstered and if the car doesnt sell within the next couple weeks I will probably have this fixed. The car is in great shape mechanically and pretty good shape overall. For a factory car it pulls really hard, much harder than my 95 m3 that I had. I definately prefer the 3.2 over the 3.0. For an additional $400.00 I will replace the factory wheels with a set of 17x8 Borbet Type T 5 spoke wheels. NADA low retail for this car is $14,500.00!!! High retail is around $16300.00!!! It should be extremely easy to get a loan on this car because I am offering it well below loan value. If you have any questions or would like to make an offer on the car please email me at David@speedforsale.com or give me a call at 865-385-5622. For more pictures just pm me or email me and I will link you to more pictures of the car.

Would buffing the shit out of the car help the paint look better or have you already tried that?

Ive never done any wettsanding or buffing personally. I never have really been shown how to do it and I dont want to fuck anything up. However, scott said he thinks most of it would come out with some wet sanding. Worse case scenario you could have the fender repainted for about $200.00.

For those who dont know, these cars compare to a stock Mustang GT, z28, rx7, in straight line performance. I think the quarter mile is around 14.1-14.3. Car is a lot quicker than most people would think. Definately faster than my 95 m3 and it went 9.40s up at 411. I might make a couple passes down the dragstrip in the car if I still have it in about 2 weeks, but it is getting a lot of interest so I dont know if I will get a chance too.

Could you list this car on SPEEDFORSALE.COM? I only look/get interested in cars from there because they make sure compression in #6 is good and have outstanding condition headliners. Also, could you list the NUMBER of mods done to the car? I don't care what the mods are, I just want to know how many mods are there.
