I think UGA can win this game, even with a struggling offense. Plus Tenn isn't as good as people are saying, just jumped on their bandwagon.

I think Tennessee is gonna kick GA's ass. UGA has been struggling and having to come from behind against teams not nearly as good as Tennessee.

yeah, that does worry me, but Coach Ritch has a trend of making this team play up or more commonly DOWN to it's competition. i just think you will see a different team on the feild this Sat. than in these other games.I think Tennessee is gonna kick GA's ass. UGA has been struggling and having to come from behind against teams not nearly as good as Tennessee.

IM worried about the game, and dont really like Terechinski (sp), but Im hoping he will come in and show a little senior leadership tomorrow and step up. I think it will be a good game. Either way I will be there tomorrow.

Well, I'm hoping we show up for once. I'm not getting my hopes up, especially considering our team's leading scorer is now out for the season after a practice injury last night -- damnit!

i think the good thing with him (not alot) is that we can open up the playbook more with him in there and Stafford still wants to go for that big play where as hopefully Joe T will know when to throw it away if it's not there. Plus if these recievers don't start making catches and plays, it doesn't matter who's throwing them the ball. Have fun at the game!!!IM worried about the game, and dont really like Terechinski (sp), but Im hoping he will come in and show a little senior leadership tomorrow and step up. Well,
I've got my money on UGA and win or lose I hope we don't make assholes of ourselves like the last time Vols came to UGA. For those that don't remember or weren't there. Georgia stormed the field trampled people, hedges and tore down the goal posts and marched through town with em'. Never been so embarrased as a fan.

And what about Martrez Milner? he made that one catch against Colorado, but otherwise nothing. He's in a great position to really make a name for himself and get some NFL recognition, with all the tight ends UGA has put in the nfl as of late. i think he's been a huge dissapointment.Plus if these recievers don't start making catches and plays, it doesn't matter who's throwing them the ball.
Yea i agree with you there our recievers have looked like crap the last two weeks especially masequa (sp) he has really struggled.
And as to UGA being overated, i don't think so. no one is looking at them to do anything outside of Ga, and if they can beat 2 out of the big four they play this year, i'll be happy. (Florida, Tenn, Auburn, and Ga Tech). Besides, Texas is 7, Oregan 11, Notre Dame 12, and I think UGA is better than any of those teams. Notre Dame is the most overatted team in all of college football.

That did slip my mind, I just love how Lou Holtz made the comment that Notre Dame can still have a chance for the title, even against undefeated teams. They need to put his cenial ass in a home, not on game day.

i agree!!!! some of his comments are just rediculous. He thinks Charlie Wiess and Steve Spurrier are the greatest thing to EVER happen to college football. I'm not a Trojans fan, but lets see either of them do what Pete Carol has done. If they can play as bad as they did the last two games and still win,
I would love to see them really play some football.
UGA vs TENN... UGA all the way.

Wonder how they will fare without their #1 PAT/FG in the game...they say he will be out all season because of the knee injury in practice... I have to go with TEnn after the Ole Miss game and the injuries to the offense going in.

Yeah I know. This sucks. Joe T needs to come out. He hasn't thrown the ball worth a shit the second half. Also, Richt has made some horrible play calls too. I mean, come on, deep in our own territory- why run the ball in a 3rd and 8 situation? They looked great the first half and fell the fuck apart this second half.

man we got our asses beat. We need to throw this year away and use it to develop our quarterback for the next few years and get the defense up to par. If we win out with a total of 2-3 losses, what next year when we start a new qb?

The Tide had their hands full with a team that hasn't won a game all year long. The Tide look terrible this year so far. Not to say that it won't be a good game , but TN should blow AL outta the water this year.

Oh, and BTW -- here is some trivia for y'all.
Did you know, UGA has no permanent orange in Sanford stadium? They successfully petitioned the NCAA and are the only school not to have orange pylons around the endzone (they are red)? The only orange on gameday (not worn by a fan) in the stadium are the first down and line of scrimmage flags which the NCAA wouldn't let us alter.

Maybe this guy will help UGA next year, he just committed-
A.J. Green
Summerville (S.C.)
WIDE RECEIVER, 6'4", 180, Jr.
He's the leading recruit in the class of 2008 and the nation's best wideout right now. His blend of size and speed has drawn comparisons to Randy Moss. Last year Green caught 75 passes for 1,422 yards and 16 touchdowns, after hauling in 57 for 1,217 yards and eight scores as a freshman.
Heralded receiver commits to Dogs
By CARTER STRICKLAND
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Published on: 10/10/06
Athens —For 28 years, Tom Lemming has criss-crossed the country finding recruits and writing about them in his magazine, "Prep Football Report."
In that time, Lemming thought he had seen just about everything. Then he found Summerville (S.C.) High wide receiver A.J. Green.
"I kept hearing about him and hearing about him," Lemming said. "The seniors in South Carolina were talking about him. And seniors don't usually talk about freshmen."
Hardly anyone does. But Lemming soon made sure they talked about this one.
"He is the first freshman I have ever put in the magazine," Lemming said. "People were saying he was like Randy Moss. I went to see him and I don't think he has the speed of Randy Moss, but to catch as many passes as he does and to do what he does, he is going to be one of the best to ever come out of South Carolina."
And now Green, a junior, might just be one of the best to play for Mark Richt at Georgia. Green committed to the Bulldogs this past weekend. He is the second commitment of the 2008 class, following Burke County defensive end Cornelius Washington. He could be the first top-rated receiver signed by Richt.
"[Georgia] has gotten all the top receivers out of the state [under Richt]," Lemming said. "And they got A.J. Bryant out of North Carolina. But Green could be that superstar. He is that elite guy. That player who is the first- or second-best player at his position."
What puts Green in that possible position is his size (6-foot-4, 190 pounds) and his productivity. Friday, he had four touchdown catches and an 83-yard scoring run for his nationally ranked team. His stated goal is to break the national record for career yards (5,867), held by Abram Booty of Shreveport (La.) Evangel Christian.
Six games into his junior season, Green is more than halfway there. He had 57 catches for 1,217 yards as a freshman and 75 catches for 1,422 yards as a sophomore.
EA Sports named him the top sophomore in the country last season. Sports Illustrated has already projected him to be in the NFL by 2011.
"He should be one of the top 10 recruits [at all positions] next year," Lemming said.
