I need fuel system parts. Is Barnett going to save me enough money on pumps & filters & AN fittings and braided hose to keep me from driving to McDonough?

Anyone?

Barnetts is the largest dealer for earl's fittings in the southeast, quite possibly the country. They will beat summit's price besides, don't you like real close to bci?

It's about 5 MARTA stops away from my house.

Earl's it is, I guess.....

You know..... sometimes you just get a good solid case of "The DumbAss" and you forget things like BCI being this close to your house. I can't tell you how many times I have hauled ass down to Summit trying to beat their 9pm closing time and bought hundreds of dollars of shit that was sitting in BCI's warehouse which is literally within a 10 minute drive of my house.

You'd think I would be smarter than this because I work with Habitat for Humanity on every Saturday that I'm not workiing on the truck or not out of town. Their warehouse is right next to BCI.

Commence kicking me in the nuts.......

Got me a fuel system to go from the cell I already had all the way up to the carb I already had. And it only took me an hour from door to door.

The earlier statement about an experienced parts guy..... Damn Right.

X2. He and Kerry are the only ones I will deal with, and Kerry doesn't work the counter (except for Saturday I think).
He is knowledgeable and funny (as long as you like fart jokes)

Nope, but since Barnett isn't even open, neither can they. At least if they have it and you need it, you can go get it.

Well, i got there yesterday at 2:30 when they close at 3 on Sat and Lyndon stood there & helped my poor clueless ass get all the parts I needed and then some. I was the last guy to walk out at 3:15 and he didn't begin to even remottely act impatient during the whole thing.

I will second the "Sunday night at 7pm" thing about Summit. They have some nice hours when you have run out of daylight, but you still got work to do. But now that I fixed my case of "dumbass" I'm a little happier. It'll be nice to skip the hour drive down and hour drive back up.
